Pregnant Pause

“Opening your heart and mind to the experience of pregnancy.”

Welcome, and firstly huge congratulations on your pregnancy!

I’m so pleased that you have found my ‘Pregnant Pause’ programme. This is a simple yet brilliantly effective mind-set online resource for the modern woman in pregnancy. Small bite-sized ‘pauses’ that you can fit into your busy life. And you can join as soon as you know you are pregnant.

Pregnant Pause will help you to:

  • feel calmer

  • feel more positive

  • feel more confident

  • worry less in your pregnancy

  • connect with your unborn baby

  • sleep better too

This programme is the culmination of my work over a number of years, working with pregnant women and couples as a fertility and pregnancy yoga teacher and hypnobirthing teacher. Seeing their struggles to find calmness, positivity and connection to themselves and their baby through all of the changes and challenges of pregnancy. It’s what I would have loved to have had when I myself was pregnant, and I hope you find it hugely beneficial too on your own unique and magical journey.

You can think of it a bit like having a 'sports psychologist' that top athletes have, but for your labour and birth.
