If you or your colleagues would like to feel the benefits of yoga while you’re at work I can bring classes to you. Classes can be arranged before work, at lunchtime or after work depending on what suits your organisation best. Everything you need (mats, props etc) can be brought to your location, meaning all you need to do is invite your employees or colleagues to attend.
Workplace yoga classes are usually booked as weekly sessions over 6 or 8 weeks. They are tailored to suit your organisations needs, specifically designed to address the aches, pains, stresses and strains of corporate life. We can also work with other practitioners such as mindfulness and meditation experts to put together a total wellbeing package for your workplace.
